1. Controller

2. Hosting & server logs

When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information (e.g. IP address, date/time, page accessed) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation).

3. Analytics with Umami

For anonymous analytics we use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool running on our own server. Umami works without cookies and without recognising visitors. Only aggregated, non-personal data is collected, such as pages viewed, approximate origin and device used. No data is shared with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in a statistical analysis of reach).

4. Analytics with Metricool (consent only)

In addition we use Metricool, an analytics and social media service provided by Metricool SL (Spain). Metricool is only loaded after you have actively consented in the cookie notice. A cookie may be set and usage data (e.g. pages visited, device, approximate origin) may be transmitted to and processed by Metricool. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing this site's data in your browser. Without consent, Metricool is not loaded. Details at metricool.com/privacy-policy.

5. Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data provided (name, email, message) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

5a. Pre-registration form (Content Studio)

If you pre-register (non-binding) for the Content Studio via the form, we process the data provided (email, optional name, chosen plan) together with the timestamp, language version and a shortened browser identifier (spam protection). The data is stored exclusively on our own server and used only to contact you about your pre-registration (e.g. once payment is enabled). There is no payment obligation and no sharing with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for spam protection. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to handle the pre-registration; you can request deletion at any time by email.

6. Newsletter

To send the newsletter, we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link.

7. External content (YouTube etc.)

This website links to or embeds content from external providers such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. When accessing this content, personal data may be transmitted to the respective providers. Their privacy policies apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
